Job summary

Pioneer Your Insurance in Naga City, Philippines, is seeking a capable professional to support agents with quotations, proposals, policy issuance, collections, and marketing presentations, driving sales and client service.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree, 3–5 years in insurance (sales preferred), and 1 year in a managerial role, with strong MS Office skills and excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

On Overview of your Role

To assists agents with their everyday transaction (request/s for quotation, proposal, policy issuance, collection and marketing presentation.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintaining Relationships with Agents. Ensures that all relevant developments and progress of the Company are relayed to the agents.
• Market Research. Gathers information on other insurance companies’ marketing promotions, innovations for products and “after sales service” schemes.
• Agents’ Production Monitoring. Monitors the existing business portfolio of agents, its renewals, remittances and claims.
• Solicitation of New Business. Conducts introduction to Pioneer and Marketing Presentations to clients in coordination with agents.
• Accounts Servicing. Assists agents in all their requests for quotations, proposals, claims settlement and ensures that these are settled according to the standards of the Company.
• Proposal Preparation. Prepares proposals and forwards them to agents.
• Others. Collection, Agent’s Training and Recruitment

A Bit About You

• Candidate must be a graduate of any bachelor’s degree course;
• At least 3-5 years in the insurance business (preferably in sales), 1 year of which is in a managerial capacity.
• Proficient in the use of MS Office (Word & Excel)
