Job summary

Pioneer Your Insurance in Taguig, Metro Manila, seeks an Account Manager to strengthen client relationships and partner networks while driving new business opportunities through acquisition and cross-selling.

You will present insurance products, prepare proposals, and coordinate with Underwriting and other teams to meet client requirements, while tracking renewals, processing policies, endorsements, claims, and related account needs.

Qualifications

Graduate of a bachelor’s degree course.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
At least 2 years relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

Manage and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients and business partners.
Identify and develop new business opportunities through client acquisition, cross-selling, and account expansion.
Present insurance products, prepare proposals, and coordinate with Underwriting and other teams to address client requirements.
Monitor and follow up on new business opportunities and insurance proposals.
Manage account renewals and coordinate the timely processing of policies, endorsements, claims, and other account requirements.
Address client inquiries and provide timely support on insurance coverage and account concerns.
Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up on premium collections.
Conduct client visits and engagement activities to strengthen business relationships.
Monitor account performance and prepare required sales and business reports.
Participate in meetings, special projects, and other activities assigned by the supervisor.
