This on-site role at BGC, Taguig requires a Bachelor's degree, at least 1 year in insurance brokerage, and strong negotiation, telemarketing, and MS Office skills. You will build close client relationships and contribute to a performance-driven team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• At least 1 year of work experience with a non-life insurance broker or insurers.
• Skills: negotiation, telemarketing, sales activities, customer service, MS Office; computer literate.

Responsibilities

• Sell non-life insurance products to the assigned market (Auto Loan, Home Loan, RBG).
• Cross-sell/up-sell other non-life insurance products beyond the Bank's requirements.
• Establish and strengthen close relationships with clients.
• Closely monitor and follow up on policy renewals.
