Job summary

SSG Philippines is seeking a Learning & Development content developer to work with SMEs and the Training team to create engaging eLearning, virtual classes, and instructor-led courses. You will also manage LMS administration and develop interactive training materials using standard instructional design practices.

You will collaborate across teams to design content, prototypes, and assessments, applying adult learning principles and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience in Learning and Development, ideally in a BPO/Call Center context.
• Experience developing course maps, content, quizzes, and interactive exercises.
• Experience controlling Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Proficiency with design tools such as Adobe Illustrator or Canva.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with SMEs and Training to develop innovative, engaging content.
• Produce eLearning, virtual class content, and instructor-led courses using instructional design principles.
• Manage LMS duties (enrollment, reporting, course creation).
• Create prototypes, storyboards, scripts, and assessments for learning solutions.
• Develop content using eLearning authoring tools and SCORM/AICC standards.
