Job summary

Ssg Philippines is seeking an Learning & Development content designer to collaborate with SMEs and the Training team to develop engaging eLearning content and instructor-led courses. You will manage LMS tasks and ensure materials align with best instructional design practices.

The role focuses on APAC client programs, requiring English fluency and strong communication. Proactive content improvement and design prototyping are key aspects of the job.

Qualifications

• Learning and Development experience; BPO Call Center is a plus.
• Experience developing course curriculum including maps, content, quizzes, and interactive exercises.
• Experience controlling Learning Management Systems.
• Proficiency with design tools such as Adobe Illustrator or Canva.
• Ability to learn the business's products and processes quickly.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; presentation skills.
• Strong interpersonal, professional and diplomatic demeanor.
• Excellent consulting, problem solving, and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to organize and prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Work with SMEs and Training team to develop engaging eLearning and instructor-led content.
• Create prototypes, storyboards, scripts, and assessments for learning solutions.
• Develop content using eLearning authoring tools and SCORM/AICC standards.
• Admin LMS functions including enrollment, reporting, and course creation.
