Job summary

Acquire Intelligence is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Instructional Designer to develop engaging e-Learning content and multimedia experiences. The ideal candidate will have strong writing skills, solid instructional design knowledge, and hands-on experience creating digital learning materials, including videos and interactive modules.

Responsibilities include designing courses, storyboarding, collaborating with SMEs, and producing multimedia assets.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR ROLE

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Instructional Designer to develop engaging e-Learning content and multimedia learning experiences. The ideal candidate has strong writing skills, a solid understanding of instructional design principles, and hands‑on experience creating digital learning materials, including videos and interactive modules.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, develop, and implement e-Learning courses and training materials based on learning objectives
• Create storyboards and visual concepts for e-Learning modules and videos
• Develop interactive learning experiences using authoring tools and multimedia elements
• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather content and ensure accuracy
• Edit and produce instructional videos, presentations, and other digital assets
• Apply instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE) and adult learning principles
• Review and revise content based on feedback and performance metrics
• Ensure all materials meet quality standards and are aligned with organizational goals

A BIT ABOUT YOU

• Proven experience as an Instructional Designer, e‑Learning Developer, or similar role
• Strong video design, editing, and multimedia production skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Experience using Canva for visual content creation
• Hands‑on experience with Articulate 360 (Storyline/Rise)
• Knowledge of e‑Learning design best practices and instructional design methodologies
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Willing to work onsite
