Job summary

Rhenus Logistics, Inc. in the Philippines is seeking an experienced Instructional Systems Design (ISD) and Learning & Development professional to design and deliver impactful learning programs for a global workforce.

You will lead live and virtual training, apply ADDIE/SAM/Gagne, and coach participants using structured feedback, with familiarity in Adobe Captivate, Articulate 360, or Adobe Creative Cloud. Experience with modern LMS such as Workday is a plus, and English communication should be

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years ISD and L&D project leadership in a corporate setting.
• 3+ years of experience is preferred.
• Familiar with ADDIE, SAM and Gagne learning models.
• Experience in live/virtual facilitation and coaching using structured feedback (GROW).
• Excellent English communication; foreign language skills are a bonus.
• Proficient with LMS; Workday experience is a plus.

What You Bring:

• Minimum 2 years of ISD and L&D experience, including implementation of large e‑learning projects, is a must; 3+ years’ experience is preferred
• A working knowledge of learning theories is essential (ADDIE, SAM, Gagne)
• An understanding that adults learn differently from students in school (andragogy vs pedagogy)
• Minimum 2 years of combined experience in live/virtual facilitation and the application of professional coaching models (e.g. GROW, structured feedback techniques), ideally within a corporate environment. A recognized coaching certification is a distinct advantage.
• Must have excellent communication skills in English; the ability to communicate in a foreign language is a distinct advantage
• Must have experience with using authoring tools such as Adobe Captivate and/or Articulate 360 and/or Adobe Creative Cloud;
• Knowledge of, and experience with, a modern Learning Management System is a must, experience with Workday is a distinct advantage
