Job summary

Swak BPO Corp. in Clark Freeport Zone, Angeles City, Pampanga, invites applications for an Instructional Designer.

You will update curricula, develop new course content, and implement courses in the LMS, using Canva, HeyGen, and standard authoring tools, while aligning with industry and copyright requirements. The role is on-site and requires a Bachelor’s in Education or related field, with experience in instructional design, training content creation, and adult learning principles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, HR, Psychology, Communications, or related field.
• Experience in instructional design, curriculum development, training content creation, or L&D.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, training needs analysis, and assessment methodologies.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and content development tools such as Canva, HeyGen, and LMS.
• Excellent project management, research, communication and graphic design skills; able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Training Managers to update the current course curriculum.
• Coordinate with training managers in developing new course content.
• Keep up to date with industry standards.
• Research, write, design, and develop training courses using company-provided authoring tools.
• Coordinate with team leads to identify knowledge gaps in the curriculum.
• Work independently to manage projects and meet deadlines.
• Ensure training materials are factual, industry-aligned, and copyright compliant.
• Implement approved courses in the university program by uploading to the LMS.
• Assist with special projects as needed.
• Shadow classes to evaluate students' understanding of course materials.

• Ensure that the training materials are based on facts, on par with industry standards, and do not violate copyright laws.
• Implement approved courses in the university program by uploading them to the Learning Management System.
• Assist with special projects as needed.
• Shadow classes to evaluate students' understanding of course materials.
