Job summary

Swak BPO Corp. a rapidly growing BPO in Clark Freeport Zone seeks an Instructional Designer to join our team in Angeles City. You will create and update course curricula, develop engaging content and ensure alignment with industry standards.

You will collaborate with Training Managers, university programs and cross-functional partners to deliver high quality training materials. The role emphasizes instructional design expertise, LMS implementation, and strong project management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, HR, Psychology, Communications or related field.
• Experience in instructional design, curriculum development or L&D.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, needs analysis and assessments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and content tools like Canva, HeyGen and LMS.
• Excellent project management, research, communication and graphic design skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Training Managers to update course curriculum.
• Develop new course content with training managers.
• Stay updated with industry standards and best practices.
• Design, write and develop training courses using authoring tools.
• Identify knowledge gaps and coordinate with team leads to address them.
• Manage projects independently and meet deadlines.
• Ensure materials are fact-based, compliant with copyright laws, and industry-aligned.
• Upload approved courses to the Learning Management System in university programs.
• Assist with special projects as needed.
• Shadow classes to assess student understanding of materials.

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with the Training Managers to update the current course curriculum.
• Coordinate with the training managers in developing new course content.
• Keep up to date with industry standards.
• Research, write, design, and develop training courses using company-provided authoring tools.
• Coordinate with the team leads to identify knowledge/procedural gaps in the curriculum.
• Work independently to manage projects and meet deadlines.
• Ensure that the training materials are based on facts, on par with industry standards, and do not violate copyright laws.
• Implement approved courses in the university program by uploading them to the Learning Management System.
• Assist with special projects as needed.
• Shadow classes to evaluate students' understanding of course materials.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Psychology, Communications, or a related field
• Experience in instructional design, curriculum development, training content creation, or learning and development
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, training needs analysis, and assessment methodologies
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and content development tools such as Canva, HeyGen, and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• Excellent project management, research, communication, and graphic design skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
