Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Communication Arts, English, or equivalent.
• 1-year related experience in training administration, curriculum development, learning management system, business reporting, customer service, or marketing.
• Basic knowledge on e-learning content development and learning management systems
• Basic MS Office Application – Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint

Responsabilités

• Coordinate with SMEs to develop learning content and assessment materials.
• Compile, arrange and update training materials and training curriculum.
• Develop materials for courses based on information provided by SMEs and instructors to create the best coursework possible.
• Correct and update e-learning modules issues/ problems encountered by users and escalate to developers when necessary.
• Participate in developing storyboards, scripts, and suggest overall concepts to stakeholders.
• Create content for multiple learning modalities (instructor-led, webinars, video, etc.)

Formation

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Communication Arts, English, or equivalent
