Develop content for multiple modalities, coordinate with SMEs, and curate training materials. You should be detail-oriented, communicative, and able to influence stakeholders while fostering a culture of learning and innovation at Emerson.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Communication Arts, English, or equivalent.
• 1 year of related experience in training administration, curriculum development, LMS, business reporting, customer service, or marketing.
• Basic knowledge on e-learning content development and learning management systems.
• Basic MS Office applications including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate with SMEs to develop learning content and assessment materials.
• Compile, arrange and update training materials and curricula.
• Develop materials for courses from SME information to create quality coursework.
• Correct and update e-learning modules and escalate issues to developers when needed.
• Participate in developing storyboards, scripts, and suggest concepts to stakeholders.
• Create content for multiple learning modalities (instructor-led, webinars, video, etc.)
