Job summary

iQor CXBPO™ is seeking an Instructional Designer in the Philippines to create learning environments for frontline and salaried staff. You will design, develop, manage, and evaluate learning programs, redesign courses, and craft training materials such as manuals and student guides.

Reporting to the Director of Active Learning Design and Development, you’ll collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to identify needs, build blended learning solutions, and ensure learning outcomes align with Bloom’s

Qualifications

• Knowledge of adult learning theory and current educational methodologies (social constructivist, problem-based learning).
• Thorough knowledge of state-of-the-art e-learning platforms and course authoring tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Five to seven years in training instructional design/development/delivery with complex coordination.
• Self-directed, lifelong learner who takes initiative.

Responsibilities

• Identify training needs with stakeholders and design target curricula.
• Develop instructor-led, asynchronous and blended e-learning courses.
• Interview SMEs to collect data and define learning outcomes.
• Design courseware with assessments mapped to Bloom’s taxonomy.
• Create training materials including manuals, guides, and job aids.
• Apply best practices for adult learners and ensure course quality.
