Job summary

Google Operations Center in Manila is seeking an Analytics & Insights Senior Associate to join the CX Lab. The role spans Wave Survey Research and Scaled Qualitative Research, shaping advertiser satisfaction and future Google ad products.

You will perform statistical analyses in Python, program surveys in Qualtrics, and prepare reports. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential, with a focus on data quality and insights delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, social science, or related field.
• Knowledge in a primary research type role with statistical analysis (inferential statistics, confidence intervals, t-tests, z-tests, ANOVA, correlations).
• Proven analytical and data analysis skills in a market research setting (descriptive and inferential statistics, data visualizations).
• 1+ year experience with SQL and Python for statistical analysis or data pipeline management.
• 1+ year experience with SQL or other database management systems.
• Experience programming market research online surveys using Qualtrics or other platforms.

Responsibilities

• Perform descriptive and statistical analysis on large quantitative survey datasets using Python.
• Assist in deck and report creation, including data analysis in Python, data entry, formatting, editing, and quality checks.
• Provide insight to dashboard SMEs when adding new tables in tasks.
• Assist with survey programming in Qualtrics, aligning surveys with research content and standards.
• Perform survey testing in Qualtrics and document quality issues.
• Review translations delivered by localization vendors and log quality issues.
