Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Global Services (GS) is seeking a Domain Specialist for the Customer Insights & Analytics team in the Philippines. The role focuses on executing customer case operations while analyzing and improving processes to drive efficiency and ensure best practices across departments.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field required.
3+ years of experience in process analysis or improvement.
Experience defining, monitoring and improving data quality metrics to ensure data accuracy, completeness and consistency.
Experience creating and maintaining data catalogs; understanding metadata importance for discoverability.
Familiarity with process mapping tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

Execute customer case operations to ensure smooth workflow execution.
Serve as the primary expert on the Customer Insights & Analytics tool across departments.
Conduct training sessions and workshops on the CI&A tool functionality and benefits.
Collaborate with data analysts to identify efficiency improvements and implement process enhancements.
Develop documentation including user manuals, training materials and case studies.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analytics for MedTech.
Contribute creative and innovative ideas to the team.
Perform other work-related duties as assigned.
