Job summary

SGS is a world-leading testing, inspection and certification company seeking a Market Intelligence & Data Analyst Specialist in the Philippines. You will enable market intelligence, lead investigation, and CRM data integrity while supporting pre-sales activities across Sales, Marketing and Commercial Excellence teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience.
• Min 5 yrs experience in market intelligence, sales support, pre-sales, commercial operations or data analysis/business intelligence.
• Strong working knowledge of Excel and Power BI (including Power Automate); experience designing and developing dashboards, data visualizations and business reporting solutions is highly desirable.
• Comfortable working with Salesforce CRM and digital systems including supporting reporting, dashboard creation and data analysis.
• Demonstrates a strong analytical mindset with the curiosity and discipline to investigate details, validate information and follow data through to clear, reliable conclusions.
• Practical experience using AI and generative AI tools to enhance research, data analysis, process efficiency and productivity is highly desirable.
• Demonstrates curiosity and a proactive approach to evaluating and adopting emerging technologies that can improve commercial effectiveness and operational efficiency.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Professional English proficiency (C2 preferred). Travel is negligible.

Responsibilities

• Provide centralized commercial support by enabling market intelligence, lead investigation and qualification, CRM data integrity, and pre-sales activities.
• Develop Power BI dashboards, Power Automate workflows and practical AI solutions to enhance market intelligence and reporting.
• Support CRM data management in Salesforce and ensure accuracy across accounts, leads, opportunities and campaigns.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Commercial Excellence teams to improve efficiency and decision-making.
• Lead or support digital innovation initiatives to improve research, reporting, and operational effectiveness.
