Job summary

Concentrix is seeking an Insider Risk & Compliance Inspector, Junior for the Makati, work-at-home setup. You will focus on proactive threat identification to protect sensitive data and drive a risk-free environment within the organization.

The role collaborates with IT, HR, Legal, and other departments to implement pragmatic action plans, lead No Notice Inspections, and support Global Security Assessments. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice or relevant area of study.
• 5 to 8 years of experience in risk management, compliance, internal controls, or investigations.
• Experience in cyber investigations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the Insider Risk and Compliance program's ongoing improvements.
• Communicate objectives with Concentrix account leadership and stakeholders.
• Prepare metrics, reporting, and governance trackers for all work areas.
• Maintain regular reporting and ensure action plans are followed up.
• Mentor junior team members and participate in investigations and risk reviews.
• Document and maintain artifacts and records in accordance with guidelines.
