Job summary

Concentrix is seeking a Junior Insider Risk and Compliance Inspector to identify threats to sensitive assets and drive a risk-aware culture across global operations. You will support audits, GSA work, and No Notice Inspections while collaborating with IT, HR, Legal, and other stakeholders.

You will help develop training materials, maintain governance trackers, and escalate issues per policy. Travel domestically and internationally as needed to sites and accounts.

Qualifications

• BPO environment knowledge and business procedures.
• Experience in risk management, compliance, or investigations.
• Ability to analyze data and identify risks.

Responsibilities

• Assist in operationalizing and improving Insider Risk and Compliance program.
• Prepare metrics, reporting, and governance trackers.
• Lead investigations and participate in GSAs/NNIs.
• Document corrective and preventive measures and draft reports.
• Mentor junior team members and ensure records retention.
