Job summary

Concentrix Philippines is hiring an Specialist II, Insider Risk & Compliance to join the Information Technology and Global Security team in Makati. The role focuses on proactive threat identification, supporting the Insider Risk program, and driving a robust risk mitigation culture across accounts and sites.

Responsibilities include governance metrics, reporting, and collaboration with IT, HR, Legal, and BISOs. Travel domestically and internationally is required.

Qualifications

• Understanding of BPO environment and common business procedures, practices and standards.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking with attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate findings clearly to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support Senior investigator in operationalizing the Insider Risk and Compliance program.
• Prepare metrics, reporting, and governance trackers for all work areas.
• Ensure regular reporting and follow up on action plan closures with businesses.
• Mentor less tenured team members and participate in investigations.
• Lead assigned investigations and maintain records per legal and HR guidelines.
