Job summary

Concentrix is seeking a Junior Inspector for Insider Risk and Compliance to help identify threats to sensitive data and drive a risk-aware culture. You will support GSAs and NNIs, prepare governance metrics, and collaborate with IT, HR, Legal to implement action plans.

Role requires 5–8 years in risk/compliance, a Criminal Justice degree, and strong analytical skills with clear communication to leadership. Travel domestically and internationally may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice or related field is required.
• 5–8 years in risk management, compliance, or investigations.
• Experience in BPO environments and security risk controls.
• Ability to communicate findings to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support senior investigator in operationalizing the Insider Risk program.
• Prepare metrics, governance trackers, and regular reports.
• Identify risk areas and document artefacts for reviews.
• Lead investigations and drive risk closures for accounts/sites.
• Mentor junior team members and assist in training materials.
