Job summary

Concentrix is seeking a Specialist II, Insider Risk & Compliance Inspector, Junior to proactively identify threats to sensitive assets and drive a fraud prevention culture. You will support global security programs, collaborate with IT, HR, Legal, and other departments, and help establish centralized analysis, reporting, and response capabilities.

Role emphasizes risk assessments, No Notice Inspections (NNIs), and Global Security Assessments (GSAs).

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Criminal Justice or relevant area.
5–8 years of risk, compliance, or investigations experience.
Experience in cyber investigations or internal controls is preferred.

Responsibilities

Support the Sr. investigator in operationalizing the Insider Risk and Compliance Program.
Discuss objectives with account leadership across TLs, SMEs, HR focal, DPEs, etc.
Prepare metrics, reporting, and governance trackers for all areas.
Ensure regular reporting and follow-up with businesses for action closure.
Drive integrity and ethical standards across staff and organization.
Contribute to risk remediation using technology or tools as applicable.
Lead assigned investigations and participate in GSAs/NNIs.
Document risk areas and maintain artefacts for reviews.
Prepare education materials as needed.
