Job summary

ECTIVISE SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. is seeking a dedicated Sales Administrator to handle customer inquiries, prepare and negotiate quotations, and coordinate sales orders. You will collaborate with internal teams to drive revenue growth and ensure customer satisfaction.

The role requires strong MS Office skills, experience in sales processes, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum ITE Diploma required and at least a C6 in GCE N levels or equivalent.
• Proficient in MS Office applications to support sales documentation and communication.
• Experience with managing sales and order processes.
• Organized and detail-oriented to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues to maintain satisfaction.
• Communicate proactively with customers through outbound calls to follow up on tenders, quotations, and RFQs.
• Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions with customers to prepare and close quotations that drive revenue growth.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and logistics teams to align efforts and maximize sales opportunities.
• Manage the sales order process to ensure accurate, timely fulfillment and resolve order-related issues.
• Coordinate sales meetings, customer communications, and business projects to support sales operations.
• Create and maintain updated databases of current and potential customers, pricing, and costing information.
• Provide hospitality to visitors to enhance customer experience
• Read, prepare and submit clear, concise public and commercial tender write-ups
• Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics to contribute to overall revenue growth
• Perform other sales-related duties as assigned
