ibex is seeking an Inside Sales Representative in the Philippines to grow revenue from an existing customer base and inbound leads. You will educate customers and guide them through the buying journey while delivering exceptional service via email, phone, and live chat.

The role requires 2-3 years in a high-volume, customer-facing sales or support position, with experience handling inbound inquiries and scheduling service. Onsite work is required.

The Inside Sales Representative is focused on achieving and growing measurable sales results from an existing customer database and inbound leads. Reporting to the Director of Inside Sales, you will educate and skillfully guide customers through the buying experience while ensuring the highest level of quality, customer care, and integrity through interactions via email, phone, and live chat.

Responsibilities

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Perform high volume phone outreach to actively promote and sell company membership plan to customers.

• Responding to incoming calls for service with a positive attitude, a smile in your voice and a "yes, I can" mentality to help the caller.

• Responding to online inquiries and voicemails utilizing strong interpersonal skills

• Assisting customers in scheduling service, promoting preventative maintenance programs, and answering any questions about our services.

• Keeping records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, comments, as well as actions taken. Utilizing basic software without errors.
