Job summary

SKILLS DEVELOPMENT ACADEMY PTE LTD in the Philippines seeks an Inside Sales Associate / Executive to engage prospective learners via phone, digital leads and in-person workshops, understand training needs and recommend WSQ courses.

You will handle leads, schedule appointments, convert enquiries to registrations, follow up for workshop RSVPs, attend workshops to engage attendees and close sales. Working hours include a 5-day week with two shifts.

Qualifications

• Comfortable with phone-based, outbound and face-to-face sales.
• Sales and target-driven with a strong desire to achieve results.
• Confident conducting outbound calls and speaking with new customers.
• Strong follow-up skills with good ownership of assigned leads.
• Able to handle objections and confidently close sales.
• Good communication and customer engagement skills.
• Organised and disciplined in maintaining CRM/database records.
• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with the wider team.

Responsibilities

• Handle and follow up on leads generated through digital marketing campaigns.
• Conduct outbound and cold calls using the company’s existing database and leads.
• Understand customers’ needs, career goals and training interests.
• Recommend suitable WSQ courses based on customer requirements.
• Set appointments and maintain consistent follow-up with prospective learners.
• Convert enquiries and leads into successful course registrations.
• Handle customer objections professionally and confidently work towards closing.
• Maintain accurate and timely updates of leads, follow-ups and sales activities in the CRM/database.
• Reach out to existing leads and database contacts to invite them to upcoming workshops.
• Follow up with workshop registrations and interested prospects.
• Conduct RSVP confirmation calls and messages before each workshop.
• Work towards assigned workshop registration, confirmation and attendance targets.
• Follow up with non-responsive leads and workshop no-shows where required.
• Assist with attendee registration and check-in at workshops.
• Engage attendees and build rapport throughout the workshop.
• Support workshop activities and general operations.
• Identify potential sales opportunities among attendees.
• Recommend suitable courses based on attendees’ interests and needs.
• Assist interested learners with course registration.
• Follow up with prospective learners after the workshop to drive conversion.
