Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in Inside Sales or related customer-facing role.
• Ability to build strong customer relationships and grow accounts.
• Experience in order management, quotations, and sales support activities.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned customer accounts and sales targets; drive year-on-year sales growth.
• Proactively contact customers to understand needs and drive repeat purchases.
• Prepare standard quotations and price lists; support sales contracts and documentation.
• Ensure accurate commercial information aligned with approved terms.
• Prepare regular sales reports and insights to support decision-making.
• Coordinate with Account Managers, Customer Service, Demand Planning and Finance.
