Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking an Inside Sales Engineer to manage customer orders, enter and expedite orders, and provide high-quality phone and email support. You will coordinate with Field Sales Engineers and other departments to ensure accurate pricing, catalog numbers, and timely order fulfillment.

The role requires at least a bachelor's degree in engineering and prior exposure to order entry, quotation processes, and customer service in a BPO-like environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required; ECE/EE/ME or related preferred.
• Experience with order entry, quotations and customer service environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication in US English.

Responsibilities

• Track and work with customer orders in the business system and respond as needed.
• Handle order entry, quotations and expedites to meet customer expectations.
• Provide inbound/outbound phone and email support to customers and marketing initiatives.
