Job summary

Infor Inc. in Manila is hiring an Inside Sales Representative (Associate) to support the North America sales team focused on the Quick Service Restaurant industry. You will collaborate closely with the sales team to convert quotes to orders and manage back-office quote-to-cash processes.

You will verify hardware requirements, communicate product value to customers, and develop a deep understanding of Infor’s restaurant solutions to help drive customer success.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (written and verbal).
• Availability to work North America Business Hours.
• Ability to articulate hardware specifications and solution capabilities.
• Experience with CRM and sales engagement platforms such as Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Strong technical aptitude with ability to adopt new tools and processes as needed.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities
