Job summary

Infor is recruiting an Inside Sales Representative to join our high-performance Sales team. This individual will be responsible for supporting a North America Sales team focused on the Quick Service Restaurant industry.

Location: Manila. You will work closely with the North America Sales team to convert quotes to orders and perform back-office tasks in the quote-to-cash process, while validating hardware requirements for customer stores and clearly communicating Infor’s value propositions.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (written and verbal).
• Availability to work North America Business Hours.
• Ability to articulate hardware specifications and solution capabilities.
• Experience with CRM and sales engagement platforms such as Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Strong technical aptitude with ability to adopt new tools and processes as needed.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the North America Sales team to convert quotes to orders.
• Execute back-office functions related to the quote-to-cash process.
• Work with customers to validate hardware requirements and store configurations.
• Maintain a deep understanding of Infor’s solution to effectively communicate value to prospective customers.
