Qualifications

• 0-1 year of IT Business Analysis or Project Management experience.
• For fresh graduates: internship in BA, requirements gathering or project coordination.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to organize, document, and present information clearly; eagerness to learn.
• Ability to work well in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
• Understanding of software development and Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Assist in eliciting business requirements and document business needs.
• Support backlog refinement and prioritize requirements in Jira.
• Clarify requirements with development and QA teams during Agile ceremonies.
• Create BRDs, process flows, and functional specifications.
• Document decisions, risks, and action items from stakeholder discussions.
• Support functional testing and user acceptance testing activities.
