Job summary

Sealed Air is seeking a Logistics Support professional to back up our EMEA Distribution team from Manila. You will book transport orders, track delays, manage returns, and coordinate with carriers, Customer Service, and warehouses to keep stock aligned across locations.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in logistics/administrative roles, strong English communication, and basic Excel skills. SAP experience is a plus. This on-site role requires Philippine work rights.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of relevant experience.
• Administrative tasks: handling paperwork and finding information.
• Strong spoken and written English; basic Excel skills required.

Responsibilities

• Create and book transport orders in SAP and coordinate shipments.
• Filter and manage incoming emails, keep stakeholders informed of delays.
• Inform Customer Service and warehouses about delays and updates.
• Manage returns, pickups and reverse logistics; process SAP return orders.
• Prepare daily shipments for European warehouses and support inventory accuracy.
