Job summary

Sealed Air is seeking a Logistics Support professional to back up our EMEA Distribution team from Manila. You will book transport orders, track delays, manage returns, and coordinate with carriers, Customer Service, and warehouses to keep stock aligned across locations.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in logistics/administrative roles, strong English communication, and basic Excel skills. SAP experience is a plus. This on-site role requires Philippine work rights.

• Prepare daily shipments for European warehouses and support inventory accuracy.

What does a Logistics Support do?

The Logistics Support role backs up our EMEA Distribution team. You keep daily transport, returns and stock administration moving by booking transport orders, following up on delays, handling returns and supporting inventory accuracy. You work closely with logistics planners, carriers, Customer Service and local warehouses to keep goods, parts and consumables available at the right locations.

Why we need you?

• Create and book transport orders in SAP.
• Manage and filter incoming emails.
• Contact carriers when shipments are delayed to get updated ETAs.
• Inform Customer Service and the local warehouse of delays.
• Handle returns, pickups and reverse logistics, including return orders in SAP and booking collections from customer sites.
• Code transport invoices and route verified invoices to Accounts Payable.
• Prepare physical count sheets.
• Check discrepancies after counts.
• Back up the replenishment team.
• Provide customs clearance updates.
• Prepare daily UPS shipments (documents, invoices).
• Over time, create shipments for other European warehouses.

What we are looking for in you?

Required:

• About 2 to 5 years of relevant experience.
• Administrative experience: handling paperwork and finding information.
• Strong spoken and written English.
• Basic to slightly above basic Excel (filtering and managing data).

Advantageous:

• SAP experience, ideally in logistics.
• Logistics or transport background (can be taught).
• Experience supporting EMEA or regional operations.
• Dutch (not required).
• Proactive: follows up without waiting to be chased.
• Clear communicator with carriers, planners and internal partners.
• Accurate and organised with documents and data.
