Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking an experienced engineer to read and analyze electrical specifications and wiring diagrams, providing applications engineering support to customers and stakeholders.

You will evaluate products, create BOMs, price quotations with Inside Project Managers and Sales, and respond to technical inquiries. The role includes supporting warranty/service, coordinating submittals, and order management across global customers.

Qualifications

• Experience reading electrical specifications and wiring diagrams.
• Ability to support customers with technical information and quotations.
• Familiarity with standards like NEC, IEEE, ANSI is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers during pre-sales and post-sales.
• Evaluate products and create BOMs; review quotations with project managers and sales.
• Respond to technical emails/chats and reference official technical documents.
• Support warranty requests and service visits; coordinate submittals.
• Release orders from Engineering to Manufacturing and manage orders.
