Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking an Electrical Engineer to provide technical support across pre- and post-sales activities in a hybrid setup in the Philippines. You will evaluate products, generate BOMs, and assist in pricing reviews with Inside Project Managers and the Sales team.

The role requires familiarity with NEC/IEEE/ANSI standards, strong communication, and collaboration skills, plus willingness to work US business hours. You will support customers in North America and globally as needed.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide general technical support regarding products, prices, discounts, and application information during pre- and post-sales processes.
• Evaluate products and create bill of materials based on job requirements; review quotations with project managers and sales.
• Respond to technical emails/chats using manuals, bulletins, drawings, and internal tools.
