Job summary

Ingenious Solutions Inc. is seeking a Medical Coder Team Lead (Inpatient) to guide and mentor a coding team, ensuring accurate inpatient diagnoses and timely client communications while upholding the company values.

The ideal candidate has extensive inpatient coding experience, prior supervision, and professional certification (AAPC or AHIMA). On-site with a competitive, above-market salary and comprehensive benefits including HMO from Day 1, lunch provisions, life insurance, and paid leaves.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in medical or allied medical fields.
• Extensive inpatient medical coding experience.
• Previous supervisory or team-lead experience is a plus.
• Certified Coder (AAPC or AHIMA).
• Strong verbal and written communication and analytical skills.
• On-site work allowed with a flexible shift.

• Serve as mediator between client and staff, ensuring clear communication.
• Ensure adherence to client guidelines and project metrics.
• Relay directives from upper management to staff in a timely manner.
