Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Medical Coding Auditor – Inpatient DRG at our BGC, Taguig City site. The role focuses on auditing inpatient coders, teaching based on audit findings, and ensuring coding accuracy with adherence to SOPs.

Onsite, day shift, with competitive rewards and healthcare coverage from day one. You will maintain deep knowledge of inpatient coding, engage with stakeholders via phone, email, and chat, and support continuous quality improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an allied health field (e.g., Nursing, Health Information Management).
• Active CCS/CIC/CDIP certification or equivalent.
• 2+ years progressive inpatient DRG coding auditing experience.

Responsibilities

• Audit inpatient coders and perform quality reviews to maintain coding accuracy ≥95%.
• Prepare detailed audit reports with actionable feedback for coders and auditors.
• Monitor compliance with coding guidelines and initiate corrective actions before claim resubmission.
