EPSILON GROUP SERVICES INC. is seeking experienced DRGV Specialists / Inpatient Coding Auditors to evaluate inpatient records, validate DRG assignments and ensure compliant medical coding.
The role targets certified coding professionals with strong inpatient coding or DRG validation experience who want to advance in coding quality and audits. Training is onsite with multiple shifts and locations in QC/Taguig/Cebu.
We are hiring experienced DRGV Specialists / Inpatient Coding Auditors to evaluate inpatient medical records, validate Diagnostic-Related Group (DRG) assignments, and ensure accurate, compliant clinical coding.

Review inpatient medical records to validate DRG assignments.
Evaluate clinical documentation and coding accuracy.
Provide detailed, evidence-based rationales for review findings and recommendations.
Apply the ICD-10 Official Guidelines for Coding and Reporting, AHIMA coding standards and practice briefs, and AHA Coding Clinic guidance.
Identify coding discrepancies and documentation issues affecting DRG assignment.
Maintain compliance with applicable coding guidelines and standards.
College graduate of BS Nursing or another medical-allied course.
Active coding certification: CIC, CCS, or CPC.
At least 2 years and 6 months of DRGV or inpatient auditing experience, OR 3–5 years of inpatient coding experience.
Candidates with a CPC certification must have at least 2 years of DRG experience.
Strong knowledge of inpatient coding guidelines, DRG validation, and medical record documentation.
Willing to work onsite in Quezon City, Taguig City, or Cebu City.
Willing to work on shifting schedules.
Preferred Skills and Experience
Experience with 3M coding, Optum, computer-assisted coding (CAC), abstracting software, or Meditech.
Background in DRGV auditing, inpatient coding, or coding quality review.
Work arrangement: Onsite during training and after training.
Training shift: 3:00 PM–12:00 MN.
Post-training shifts may include:
7:00 AM–4:00 PM
11:00 AM–8:00 PM
3:00 PM–12:00 MN
Final schedule depends on business requirements and assigned location.
Training and ramp-up may take approximately 12–14 weeks.
Monthly salary: ₱70,000–₱80,000, subject to the final approved offer.

Please note: Candidates whose coding certification expires within the next six months may be required to shoulder the renewal cost.
