Job summary

MicroSourcing is hiring a Medical Coding Auditor – Inpatient DRG in Taguig City (BGC). The role is hybrid, with a day shift, and focuses on auditing inpatient coders to ensure coding accuracy above 95% and to provide targeted education based on findings.

You will monitor compliance with coding guidelines, prepare detailed audit reports, and collaborate with leadership to address workflow issues. A Bachelor’s in an allied health field and CCS/CIC/CDIP certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of progressive experience in inpatient DRG coding auditing.
• Extensive knowledge of medical terminology and coding systems.
• Excellent English communication skills (CEFR B2).

Responsibilities

• Audit inpatient coders and conduct quality reviews to maintain coding accuracy above 95%.
• Provide targeted education and coaching based on audit findings.
• Prepare detailed audit reports with actionable feedback for coders and auditors.
• Monitor compliance with coding guidelines and initiate corrective actions before claims submission.
