Job summary

BDO Unibank is seeking an Innovation and Process Engineering Officer in Metro Manila to design, evaluate, and implement process improvements across the Branch Banking network. You will lead initiatives for automation, digital tool adoption, and smart solutions that enhance operational efficiency and service quality in line with the bank's strategic goals.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
With at least 5-years experience in continuous improvement and process design preferably in the retail banking industry

Responsibilities

Conduct process reviews, mapping, and analysis to identify efficiency gaps and improvement opportunities.
Develop and document As-Is and To-Be process flows using standard methodologies.
Assist in the design and rollout of innovation initiatives, automation solutions, and digital tools for branch operations.
Gather and analyze operational data to support improvement recommendations and track performance metrics.
Participate in project planning, implementation, monitoring, and reporting for process reengineering and innovation projects.
