Job summary

Accenture in the Philippines seeks a licensed corporate counsel to support the AI & Data offerings, conducting assessments and providing product counsel for go-to-market strategies.

You will develop subject-matter expertise, liaise with global teams across Legal, IP, Data Privacy and Contracting, and advise on SaaS and AI-related contracts.

Fluency in English, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work across US time zones are essential.

Qualifications

• JD and bar admission in good standing or local equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in corporate or law firm settings.
• Experience advising on software including AI and SaaS contracts.
• Knowledge of AI regulatory landscapes and data privacy requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Assess new AI & Data offerings and provide product counsel for go-to-market.
• Develop AI & Data subject-matter expertise and act as PM liaison for teams.
• Collaborate with GSL, Resale, Strategic Partnering, IP, Data Privacy, and contracting teams.
• Support Contracting with playbooks, templates, and deal support.
• Assist Ventures & Acquisitions teams evaluating AI & Data targets.
• Conduct legal research and improve processes, tools, and efficiency.
