Accenture is seeking an experienced corporate lawyer to support the Innovation Legal team in the Philippines. You will assess risks, provide guidance, and draft templates for client-facing contracting. This role requires 8+ years in corporate or law firm settings and IP/ regulatory expertise.

You will collaborate with global teams and contribute to training materials while adapting to evolving business priorities.

Qualifications

• Licensed lawyer with bar admission and at least 8 years in corporate or law-firm environments.
• Experience advising on product and offering counsel, risk assessment, and mitigation.
• Background in intellectual property and regulatory frameworks relevant to innovations.
• Strong ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly to business teams.

Key Responsibilities

Support the Innovation Business teams in various geos to efficiently identify and address innovation legal issues. Conduct legal assessments of new innovative initiatives, including identifying risks and related mitigation strategies in collaboration with colleagues across GSL and the wider Accenture Legal Team. Develop clear communication messages and guidance to enable the business and other Legal teams across Accenture. Contribute to templates and training materials for the Innovation teams and other Legal teams including those responsible for client-facing contracting. Take on assignments as required by the Innovation Legal Lead or the changes in business priorities.

Job Qualifications

Knowledge Skills and Experience Licensed Lawyer/ Bar Exam Passer 8+ years relevant experience in a corporate or law firm setting. Extensive experience at a law firm and/or as in-house counsel with special focus on product and offering counsel work, identifying risks and proposing solutions in a legally compliant manner. Experience in intellectual property and understanding of or willingness to learn about regulatory frameworks that may apply to the innovations.
