Job summary

GCash is seeking a strategic Technology & Operations leader to drive delivery across innovation workstreams and own the product roadmap for internal tools. You will guide teams through modern SDLC practices and ensure value delivery across pilots and initiatives.

You will lead a diverse team, align with business goals, and apply AI/ML concepts while governing risk in fintech product delivery. This is a high-impact, collaborative role in a fast-paced FinTech environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/Engineering (MBA an advantage).
7+ years in project/product management with full lifecycle ownership of medium-to large-scale tech initiatives.
2+ years in people management or lead role with direct reports.
3+ years in senior PM/PO/delivery leadership.
SDLC fluency with Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or Hybrid frameworks.
Technical acumen to discuss with software/data platform teams.
Knowledge of AI/ML/GenAI/LLMs and governance is required.
Familiarity with automation and analytics (Power BI or equivalent).
Experience in risk management for fintech product delivery.

Responsibilities

Delivery Management: act as central liaison across innovation workstreams; maintain plans and schedules.
Product Ownership: own vision and roadmap for internal innovation tools; write user stories and acceptance criteria.
Innovation & Emerging Technology: evaluate and recommend AI-adjacent initiatives; assess disruption opportunities.
People Leadership: set goals and capacity; manage team performance across pilots and initiatives.
