Job summary

Globe Telecom, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Innovation Delivery Lead to orchestrate delivery across innovation workstreams in a fintech context.

You will own the product vision for internal innovation tools and pilot products, writing user stories and guiding prioritization to maximize business value. You will lead a diverse team, ensure SDLC discipline, and collaborate with software, data science, and platform teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field is required.
• Master's degree or MBA is an advantage.
• Minimum 7 years in project/product management or related delivery role with end‑to‑end technology delivery.
• At least 2 years in a formal team leadership role with direct reports.
• At least 3 years in senior PM/PO/delivery leadership with end-to-end ownership of tech products.
• Solid SDLC knowledge with Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or Hybrid frameworks.
• Knowledge of AI/ML/GenAI/LLMs and ability to scope pilots and guide AI initiatives.
• Familiarity with automation and data analytics (Power BI or equivalent).
• Formal risk management experience focusing on information security and data privacy in fintech contexts.
• Certifications (preferred): PMP/PMI-ACP; CSM/PSM1/CSPO; SAFe; AI/ML or cloud certs.

At least 3 years in a senior PM, PO, or delivery leadership capacity with demonstrated end-to-end ownership of technology products or platforms.* SDLC Fluency: Solid, hands-on knowledge of modern Software Development Life Cycles (SDLC), with experience managing projects within Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or Hybrid frameworks.* Technical Acumen: Sufficient technical expertise to facilitate credible discussions with software development, data science, and platform teams, understand technical dependencies, and identify delivery risks.* AI & Emerging Technology: Working knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), GenAI, and Large Language Models (LLMs) is required - not optional. Must be able to evaluate tools, scope pilots, and guide the team on AI-adjacent initiatives. Familiarity with AI governance and responsible AI practices is expected.* Automation & Analytics: Familiarity with automation and RPA frameworks as applied to product and process innovation. Basic data analytics capability (e.g. Power BI or equivalent) to track delivery and innovation metrics.* Risk Management: Formal experience in identifying, documenting, and mitigating project risks, particularly in the domains of information security, cybersecurity, and data privacy as they apply to fintech product delivery.* Certifications (preferred, not required): PMP (Project Management Professional) or PMI-ACP; CSM (Certified Scrum Master), PSM I, or CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner); SAFe certification (SA, POPM, or equivalent).
