Job summary

GCash is seeking a senior delivery and product leadership professional to drive innovation tools and pilot products. You will manage cross-functional delivery plans, own the product vision, and guide teams through AI-enabled initiatives.

The role requires strong SDLC knowledge, Agile/Scrum/SAFe experience, and hands-on analytics with Power BI to track metrics. Leadership of a growing team and risk-aware governance are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Admin, Engineering or related field; MBA an advantage.
• 7+ years in project or product management with full lifecycle ownership of medium-large tech initiatives.
• At least 2 years in people management with direct reports.
• At least 3 years in senior PM/PO delivery leadership with end-to-end ownership of tech products.
• SDLC fluency; experience with Agile/Scrum/SAFe/Hybrid frameworks.
• Technical acumen to discuss with software teams and understand dependencies.
• AI/ML/GenAI/LLMs knowledge required for pilots and initiatives.
• Familiarity with AI governance and responsible AI practices.
• Automation and analytics experience; basic Power BI usage to track metrics.

Responsibilities

• Product ownership: define roadmap, backlogs, user stories, acceptance criteria.
• Identify and evaluate emerging tech; deliver credible recommendations.
