Job summary
GCash in the Philippines invites a seasoned Delivery and Product leader to drive internal tools and pilot products, owning the roadmap and ensuring high-value delivery. You will coordinate across stakeholders, develop plans, and guide teams through innovative initiatives.
Ideal candidates bring 7+ years in PM/Delivery roles, a relevant bachelor's degree, and strong SDLC/Agile expertise, with experience in AI-adjacent initiatives and risk management. A master's or MBA is a plus.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering is required.
- Master's degree or MBA is an advantage.
- 7+ years in project management, product management, or related delivery role.
Responsibilities
- Delivery Management: central liaison across innovation workstreams with project plans and schedules.
- Product Ownership: own product vision and backlog for internal innovation tools and pilots.
- Innovation and Emerging Technology: evaluate and recommend new tech for adoption.
- People Leadership: set goals and manage capacity across pilots and initiatives.
