Home Credit Philippines is seeking an Innovation Business Partner who will serve as a strategic liaison to Business Units, turning challenges into innovation opportunities through structured problem solving, prototyping, and solution planning.

The role requires strong business acumen, stakeholder management, and a passion for using AI, low-code tools, and digital thinking to rapidly translate ideas into actionable solutions while enabling units to own their initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in innovation, technology consulting, digital transformation, product management, or similar cross-functional roles.
• Ability to frame business problems and translate ideas into structured concepts through prototyping or proof-of-concepts.
• Strong business acumen with ability to communicate across business and technology teams and manage stakeholders.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development, low-code/no-code tools, prototyping tools, and rapid experimentation.
• Curiosity for emerging technologies and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Business Units to identify challenges and translate ideas into actionable solutions.
• Develop rapid prototypes and proofs of concept using AI-assisted and low-code tools.
• Evaluate solution approaches considering capabilities, tech trends, and external vendors.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation from discovery to handover.
• Prepare executive-ready presentations and business cases for investment prioritization.

About The Job

The Innovation Business Partner serves as a strategic partner to Business Units, helping transform business challenges into practical innovation opportunities through structured problem‑solving, rapid prototyping, and solution planning. Working closely with business leaders, senior stakeholders, and the Innovation Center of Excellence (CoE), the role identifies and evaluates internal capabilities, emerging technologies, and external solutions to accelerate experimentation and informed decision‑making. Success in this role requires strong business acumen, cross‑functional collaboration, and a passion for using AI, low‑code tools, and innovative thinking to quickly turn ideas into actionable solutions, while enabling Business Units to retain ownership of their initiatives.

What You’ll Do

• Partner with Business Units to identify business challenges, frame opportunities, and translate ideas into actionable solution concepts aligned with strategic objectives.
• Develop rapid prototypes, proof of concepts, and solution mockups using AI‑assisted, low‑code/no‑code, and other innovation tools to validate ideas quickly.
• Evaluate and recommend solution approaches, considering internal capabilities, process improvements, emerging technologies, and external vendors.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders across business, technology, product, and external partners to drive innovation initiatives from discovery through handover.
• Prepare executive‑ready presentations, business cases, and recommendations to support informed decision‑making and investment prioritization.
• Monitor emerging technologies and innovation trends, capturing reusable insights, best practices, and opportunities to continuously improve business capabilities.

What You Need To Have

• 2–5 years of experience in innovation, technology consulting, digital transformation, product management, business analysis, startup, fintech, or similar cross‑functional roles.
• Ability to frame business problems, identify opportunities, and translate ideas into structured solution concepts through rapid prototyping, experimentation, or proof‑of‑concepts.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively across business and technology teams, manage stakeholders, and present recommendations to diverse audiences.
• Familiarity with AI‑assisted development ("vibe coding"), low‑code/no‑code platforms, prototyping tools (e.g., Figma), AI copilots, or similar digital innovation tools.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills, with a demonstrated curiosity for emerging technologies and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast‑paced innovation environment.

• Management Trainee, Graduate Development, or Leadership Rotation Programs, demonstrating strong learning agility, adaptability, and cross‑functional exposure.
• Innovation, technology consulting, business analysis, digital transformation, or product management in banking, consumer finance, fintech, digital banking, payments, lending, or customer‑facing operations.
• Hands‑on experience with AI, AI agents, analytics, automation, low‑code/no‑code platforms, or rapid prototyping tools.
• Participation in hackathons, innovation challenges, startup initiatives, or product development projects, with experience presenting ideas or building proof of concepts.
• Knowledge of Design Thinking, Lean Startup, Agile, or other customer‑centric problem‑solving methodologies.
