Job summary

Universal Robina Corporation seeks an Ink Dispensing Operator (Simlong, Batangas) to operate and maintain the ink dispensing machine and ensure proper ink preparation for production lines.

The role includes handling ink inventory, drawdown testing, and issuing inks while following GMP, safety rules, and company policies. Training is provided, with two full-time positions available.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any four-year course or technical/vocational graduate.
• Fresh graduates may apply; production operator experience is a plus.
• Willing to work shifting schedules, including night shift, holidays and overtime.
• Able to communicate with the team; in-house training provided.
• Knowledgeable in ink dispensing machine and color mixing.
• Willing to be assigned in Simlong, Batangas; good moral character.
• Two full-time positions available.

Responsibilities

• Operates and ensures that the ink dispensing machine is clean and in good running condition; performs cleaning and maintenance.
• Prepares ink needed by production, including buffer of white; checks viscosity and makes drawdown for each dispensed ink.
• Performs weekly and monthly inventory of left-over inks; records inventories and consumptions.
• Receives and monitors ink returns; arranges inks in the ink area and racks.
• Generates Work Order for ink consumption using Ink Dispensing Software.
• Reports to Ink Dispensing Supervisor and Ink Technician on machine problems.
• Follows GMP, safety procedures and company rules.

Universal Robina Corporation is looking for Ink Dispensing Operator (Simlong, Batangas)

The Ink Dispensing Operator operates the ink dispensing machine. He ensures that the ink stored and delivered to the Printing line meets the requirements of the identified SKU.

What are the Roles & Responsibilities:

• Operates and ensures that the ink dispensing machine is clean and in good running condition. Performs scheduled cleaning and maintenance activities. Accomplishes Cleaning Checklist.

• Prepares ink needed by production, including buffer of white. Gets viscosity and makes drawdown for every dispensed ink. Accomplishes Ink Drawdown form and ink issuance slip.

• Does weekly and monthly inventory of left-over inks. Records manually daily ink inventories, issuances and consumptions.

• Receives and monitors ink returns. Arranges inks in the ink area and ink racks for safekeeping.

• Generates Work Order for the ink consumption using Ink Dispensing Software.

• Reports to Ink Dispensing Supervisor and Ink Technician concerning machine problems encountered.

• Follows good manufacturing practices, safety procedures and company rules and regulations.

What are the Qualifications:

• Graduate of any four (4) year course or Technical / Vocational course graduate

• Open for fresh graduates but Experience in Production Operator is a plus.

• Mus be willing to work on shifting schedule, including nightshift, Holidays and overtime.

• Can communicate with team members and support team
