Philippine Spring Water Resources, Inc. in Davao City is seeking an Injection Molding Supervisor to lead a team of production operators and oversee molding operations. You will monitor equipment performance, enforce safety standards, and drive continuous improvement to enhance efficiency and product quality.

The role requires hands-on supervision, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to coordinate with maintenance, QA, and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery and waste reduction.

Qualificações

• Experience in injection molding operations; supervisorial or team-lead capacity preferred.
• Strong knowledge of injection molding machinery, processes and product quality standards.
• Proven ability to manage and motivate a diverse team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze production issues and implement effective solutions.
• Understanding of health, safety and environmental compliance in manufacturing.
• Proficiency reading/interpreting technical drawings, specs, and production schedules.
• Strong organisational skills; ability to prioritise multiple tasks.
• Communication in English and Filipino; Bisaya advantageous.
• ISO 9001 or OHSAS 18001 related certification is preferred.
• Experience with production planning systems and basic computer literacy.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and coordinate daily injection molding operations, ensuring production targets are met on schedule and within budget
• Monitor machine performance and product quality, implementing corrective actions when deviations occur
• Lead, train and develop a team of injection molding operators, providing coaching, feedback and performance management
• Conduct regular equipment maintenance checks and coordinate with maintenance teams to minimize downtime
• Ensure strict adherence to health, safety and environmental regulations across the production floor
• Optimize production parameters and processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste and enhance product consistency
• Investigate production issues and implement preventive measures to avoid future occurrences
• Maintain accurate production records, documentation and reporting on key performance indicators
• Collaborate with quality assurance and warehouse teams to ensure seamless material flow and product delivery
• Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities within the injection molding operation

About the role

Philippine Spring Water Resources, Inc. is seeking an experienced Injection Molding Supervisor to join our manufacturing team in Davao City, Davao del Sur. This is a full-time position that plays a critical role in overseeing injection molding operations and ensuring the highest standards of quality, efficiency and safety across our production processes. As Injection Molding Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of production operators, maintaining equipment performance, and driving continuous improvement initiatives that directly impact our operational excellence and business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily injection molding operations, ensuring production targets are met on schedule and within budget
• Monitor machine performance and product quality, implementing corrective actions when deviations occur

What we're looking for

• 1+ years' experience in injection molding operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team lead capacity
• Strong knowledge of injection molding machinery, processes and product quality standards
• Proven ability to manage and motivate a diverse team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to analyse production issues and implement effective solutions
• Sound understanding of health, safety and environmental compliance requirements in manufacturing
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, specifications and production schedules
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively
• Communication skills in English and Filipino; proficiency in Bisaya is advantageous
• Certification in workplace safety or quality management (ISO 9001, OHSAS 18001) is preferred
• Experience with production planning systems and basic computer literacy
