1. Set-up and startup of Injection molding machines
2. Conduct routine checks and perform preventive maintenance on molds to ensure optimal performance and mold life-span.
3. Monitor and adjust machine settings to ensure consistent product quality,
4. Support process validation and trial runs for new molds or material, FAI sample preparation.
5. Adhere to all safety protocols, comply with company policies and local regulations related to equipment operation.
6. Maintain accurate records of mold changes, maintenance activities.
7. Assist in preparing reports and troubleshooting logs

Qualifications

• Graduate of any Technical or Vocational Course
• Minimum 2-3 years hands on work experience in injection molding operations
• Proficient in mold set up, trouble shooting and maintenance
