Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management Inc. in Sta Maria Bulacan is seeking a skilled mould foreman to lead the moulding production team, coordinate activities, and drive efficient, safe operation of all moulding processes.

The ideal candidate has at least five years supervisory experience in manufacturing, deep knowledge of injection and blow moulding equipment, and an engineering degree or equivalent. You will mentor staff, analyze production data, report performance, and support continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of moulding processes and equipment.
• Experience in injection and blow moulding operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate activities of the moulding production team.
• Monitor production processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment.
• Coordinate with Quality Control and Maintenance teams.
• Provide training and mentoring to team members.
• Analyze production data and prepare performance reports.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives.
