Job summary

The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC) in Metro Manila, Philippines seeks an experienced Infrastructure Performance Engineer to design, develop, and maintain performance tests for infrastructure changes. You will work within EPPE to validate performance, guide test strategies, and collaborate with engineering and operations teams to ensure scalable, reliable deployments.

You will analyze system performance, tune JVM and databases, and build automation to support testing across cloud

Qualifications

• 4+ years IT experience in performance engineering (analysis, testing, tuning).
• Experience building performance simulators in Java/Python/PL/SQL.
• Familiarity with performance diagnostics and monitoring tools.
• Hands-on with JMeter, LoadRunner or equivalent load generation tools.
• Knowledge of Linux, JVM tuning, and cloud environments (AWS).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain performance test solutions for infrastructure changes.
• Lead end-to-end performance testing using Agile methods.
• Collaborate with engineering to identify bottlenecks and optimize performance.
• Provide mentorship to junior team members and build reusable automation components.
• Coordinate testing with stakeholders and ensure traceability of results.
