Job summary

The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC) in the Philippines is seeking an entry-level intern to join the Clearance & Settlement Operations testing team. You will help with end-to-end testing activities, create and execute test scripts, and support risk management efforts while collaborating across multiple teams.

This role offers a hybrid work model (onsite 3 days, remote 2 days) and a focus on quality, process improvement, and hands-on learning within the U.S.

Qualifications

• Internship experience highly preferred or equivalent experience in a quality testing role.
• Familiarity with Agile processes and quality assurance practices.
• Strong attention to detail and effective communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop in-depth knowledge of the Business Operation to support testing for delivered products.
• Collaborate with internal teams and drive timely, high-quality results.
• Complete test scripts, report execution results, and raise issues impacting timelines.
• Log defects and work with development and modernization teams for quick resolution.
• Present complex information clearly to non-technical collaborators.
• Follow procedures and maintain process knowledge to manage risk.
• Own workload and deliverables within timeframes and prioritise competing tasks.
• Engage in meetings, seek feedback, and apply learnings to the role.
